The business is headed by Vivien Deering, who is a registered BER assessor with Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI). With over 20 years of construction experience and further energy solution training, he has built up significant expertise in providing energy solutions and BER certification.

The Company has been created to provide Building Energy Ratings (BER Certificates), Thermal Imaging Reports, Air Tightness Testing and Energy Audits for new and existing dwellings .

From January 1st 2009 every home in Ireland that is constructed, sold or rented will require, by law a Building Energy Rating Certificate. If you do not fall into one of this categories, you do not by law require an energy rating caertificate. However, if you wish to save on your energy bills, live in a greener home and ensure the future of our environment, you can still have your home energy rated.

We have the skills and resources to carry out energy rating for your home and issue a certificate in accordance with Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI).

We can meet with you, our client, at a time that is convenient to you. Weekend and after-hours inspections are available. Our aim is to provide a prompt and competitive service to our clients.
